Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at info@binolusso.com. Please include your order number and a description of the problem. We would love the opportunity to make things right!

If after speaking to us you are still unhappy, we accept returns up to 14 days from the date of delivery marked by USPS. Please e-mail info@binolusso.com for a return authorization and return instructions. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once the returned items have been inspected, we will promptly e-mail you and refund you to your original form of payment minus the original shipping cost that you paid.

If 14 days have gone by since USPS delivered your item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

All orders, placed between Thanksgiving Eve and Christmas Eve, are eligible for return through January 15th.  

Lost Items

USPS is generally very reliable.  We always have orders dropped off to USPS the following business day, if not the same day of your order.  If you haven't received your order within 6 business days from the day after your purchase, we will open a lost item case with USPS.  USPS usually resolves these cases within 3 business days.  We cannot refund your purchase cost until USPS has completed their investigation.  The item may still make it to you during that investigation time.  If the item is deemed lost, you can decide if you would like us to send you a replacement or give you a full refund.  If the tracking for your item is marked as Delivered by the post office and you have not received your item, you will need to contact the post office directly to help you locate your item.
